Uhm, yes?
Shane is not in denial, and speaks the truth.
RROD was one main reason Xbox got to the numbers they achieved.
I alone had to buy 3 Xbox 360 an 1 Elite before I gave up.
That is 4 X360 and 1 PS3 for me alone.
X360 had a great start, and during the first 3 years of it's existence, it was everything everyone talked about, while Motorstorm and Resistance got overshadowed.
But then the games started to come, and by the end of PS3...
Hmm,
Even hard for Stevivor to lower the score for this masterpiece.👍
Mainly because September 2023 is 5 weeks, and September 2022 was 4 weeks.
I'm well aware.
I'm one of the very few that bought a Series X just for this game. Also one of probably few that actually bought the game.
How many copies did the third most sold game in September sell?
@Whitey2k
I couldn't care less about how many studios Xbox Studios have.
What I do know is that half of Playstation Studios is outputting amazing games, over and over again.
Third Party games are also amazing, like Hogwarts Legacy, Final Fantast XVI and FFVII Remake, Resident Evil etc... No need to buy those studios, because the games are still coming to Playstation.
Why would you want to take games away from other platforms?
Downloading games on my PS5 is way quicker than on my Series X thou.
Since when is 29 million more than 50+ million?
Sony is talking about PS+ Extra and Premium being lower, but PS+ is higher than GamePass.
Your article is a year old, and was written at a time when both MS and Sony tried with all means downplaying thenselves
Millions of players are using the PS4 for playing the fantastic exclusives which most often are Single Player.
Personally I never play online.
But in my household we have 2 PS4 and 2 PS5 shared with 1 PS+ Premium subscription.
That's the second point. Many of the PS+ accounts are shared, either through family or a friend.
Third point is the Fornite, Warzone, Rocket League players who doesn't play anything else but still...
How do you know it sold very well?
Do we know the numbers of either Starfield or the game on third spot?
You do know that Skyrim debuted on top in almost all regions, right?
So obviously being second for Starfield must be a dissapointment 😏
Especially since the games from third and downwards are old games or games without hype.
Sales for Starfield has still not been shared.
Sony have enough studios.
No need to be part of a problen someone already started.
Oh so little you know
Uhm, what?
PS+ always have more subscribers than GamePass.
Most likely making millions more on the service as well.
GamePass subscribers were supposed to sky rocket after Crackdown 3 release, then after Halo Infinite release, then Forza Horizon, then Starfield and Motorsport.
Only numbers we've seen so far is that it never reach near the targets.
Can ActiBlizz make GamePass subscribers sky rocket? Possibly, but pro...
Why would it mean that?
Like in every case, if the game is released on PC, it will be months to years later, but the initial sales (the 90%+ part of sales) would come way before an eventual PC-release.
Digitally is included, but EAFC (FIFA) is enormous here in Europe, and always win September.
And that Starfield is on a subscription for cheap gamers doesn't help it much either.
Not like PS5 consoles need a boost, it's already a bloodbath out there.
Well they lost is US as well.
So the only month month Xbox would have have any chance to beat Playstation, they lost in both US and Europe. Their hopes lays with Japan...
PS5 up 175% without any exclusives as so many tend to point out, and Series S/(X) down 35% even thou they have the best year in term of games for 1.5 generation.
It's time to let go of being a console manufacturer and go full software.
Nah it doesn't
Trees and grass doesn't move, shadows are bad, no ray tracing etc etc.
Can mention lots of games that looks better on Series X, PS5 and PC, but I assume your post was a troll post anyways.
However, after 169 years in development and billions of dollars with investment, the game should look absolutely stunning, and I'm sure it will with the big open world in mind.
