No, developers do not need to get money from used game sales, they already get enough from new game sales.

Well, the difference between EA and Activison is that Activision releases mod tools for every Call of Duty (Except for MW2), EA rarely,if ever,released mod tools for Battlefield.
I would buy this game, but after awhile it will be boring without any mods, games without mods do not last long.
I like games where you can do mods, theres endless possabilities that you can do with mods.
Funny Pandamobile....that didnt stop Crytek from releasing mod tools for Crysis 2.
If they make mod tools they would make it work for gaming computers.
Dice is just too lazy to do it, Look at Treyarch, they released mod tools for Black Ops.

Why do people say you have to upgrade your pc every 3 months? For pc, you would have to upgraded your pc every 6-7 years. If I get all the newest computer parts today, I will not need to upgrade my pc for the next 5 years, all the games that will be released for the next 5-7 years will run on the computer I got 5 years earlier.

ALL games are created on the PC, then ported to whatever gaming system they want the game to be on.
I do not believe 3D Maya on the Xbox 360 or PS3.

True, thats what I noticed in MW2, everything is way to fast paced and you die quicker.
The reason for this is.
Marathon,Lightweight,stopping power.
If they were never in MW2, It would be not as fast paced as it is now.
If stopping power had a counter, aka Juggernaught, you wouldnt die so fast.

COD is Call of Duty, if West and Zampella win, Activison can not use "COD" "Call of Duty" "Modern Warfare" or base any COD or Modern Warfare game in the vietnam era,before the vietnam era or distant future.
If they change the name, no one would buy it :D
And the game would be copying Call of Duty since it has Killstreaks, perks and other stuff that Call of Duty has.
So they cant just change the name cause they would have to make a new game since MW3 is based off MW2's story.

No, its not possible to play Xbox 360 games on the PC, Microsoft can not make a OS that plays Xbox 360 games, cause your DVD drive still would not be able to read Xbox 360 games.
Anyways nobody has been able to replecate the SRam in the Xbox 360.
