"but please do tell why the other games deserve the spot and not hogwarts"
... because it was average and forgettable, sorry if that upsets you. It's a solid start but nothing engaging to make it stand out.
Don't know if I have 10 but for me I was expecting more from Hogwarts, Atomic Heart started well but got boring but nothing can top the total disappointment of Starfield. Starfield the game I was expecting to play over and over for years is a broken dull mess filled with loading screens and bugs, a space rpg that has little RPG elements and the worst exploration of any Bethesda game to date.
The Steam beta has fixed the lack of DLSS and the blurry textures but everything else is...
Wonderlands needed TVHM or new game+ as it was fun but zero challenge, start to finish l can't remember being killed after my first play through and the DLC was a massive disappointment.
Other than that I can't wait for these series to continue, it's one of my all time favourites.
The game was average and didn't do anything new, good start for a new series but nothing special or memorable. Stop trying to bring dumb culture war bs into this, not everyone is from the US.
The game is so bug filled it takes away any fun that might be there, I still haven't finished it and won't until they fix it. It may run well now they finally fixed dlss and the crazy blurry textures with the Steam bata but that's not good enough when I still can't board my ship's, my crew are still invisible and the broken mission are still broken!!
This game is broken.
Lets hope Xbox's AI becomes sentient and destroys MS, if so they would have finally done something positive for the gaming industry and gamers.
"Creativity Should Be an Inevitability" coming from Mr AI... and working for the worlds least creative gaming platform.
Not just voice actors, just think of all the artwork assets, 3d models, etc that they now own. Why pay design teams when you can reuse their previous work and get AI to make new assets from amalgamations like with AI art.
MS's future for the industry, cut the workers out but still use their work.
No longer making games? They never made games in the first place, thats how ms made the Xbox the least played platform. All they're doing now is buying up an industry and dictating who is and isn't allowed to play, gamers have got nothing from MSs deals except for less options for where to play and two publishers no longer competing.
He wishes he had a community of gamers. I guess buying the market and banning gamers from games seems like a community for him, now everyone is as miserable as an Xbox owner
I think I'll wait for the rtx 50 series then before my Alan Wake 2 playthrough. I'll have to wait around a year but what an awesome game to start on a new build!
Starfield (28,456 In-Game) is not far from Skyrim (22,147 In-Game) for player counts and the games most recent reviews on Steam are at 53%
Baldurs Gate (93,653 In-Game) most recent reviews 96%
Starfield is unpolished, unoptimized, unfinished and broken, it's lost all sense of exploration and adventure from previous Bethesda titles and probably their most restrictive and linear RPGs, there is only really one story path to take. Most disappointing RPG f...
Who knows. It sold okay enough on PC to give it funding for a sequel, but the games ability to keep people engaged is not good for a Bethesda title, right now on Steam Starfield player count is only 4000 ahead of Skyrim and it's most recent reviews has it sitting at 55%.
I will remain a fanboy of anyone that wants to protect the consumer from the market consolidation of companies like MS, even if the FTC is powerless or not. They couldn't stop the consolidation of the food market, airlines, ISP's, energy market, etc now the US is in a rut of low wages and high costs because they are powerless without institutional support.
"LOL imagine being so absolutely biased that you celebrate something"
I know, I said "A...
Still be good to see the evidence. I mean geez what leaked about MS trying to buy up the industry was worse than we thought... I mean yes it confirmed what we already feared about MS, but seeing it is a different thing.
"Actually, the judge has stopped the FTC from asking what is already known."
True, I completely misread that
"The restrictions to the order are for the FTC, not for Microsoft."
Which is a shame as they are not allowed to see all the requested documentation, trying to build a case when you can't see all the evidence is a kick in the teeth... but hey, the unimaginably wealthy just got way wealthier so evidence be dammed, cha...
At least the judge has stopped MS sending what is already know, but it's crazy that they can't go through all the evidence they requested.
Geez man wtf!?! This article is the nodding dog at MS's crotch, it's worse than half of the fanboys on this site!
I guess you've gotta earn those review copies somehow now MS is choosing who is and isn't allowed to review games... and with MS buying the multiplatform market you'll get more grovelling fluff pieces like this.
Leave him be guys, he told me Bethesda releasing a broken game and MS paying for selective positive reviews to make the game sound competent was somehow "poetic justice" to people like me expecting a working and fun game.
"narcissist, arrogant and a hypocrite"... Obsure, is this a cry for help?
"I'm sorry your culture already died."
What does that even mean in relation to my comment?
