Is it me, or does Trevor look like a washed up Johnny Knoxville?
I've come to the realization that as long as it's pretty (doesn't need hella realistic textures) and plays smooth as eggs, I'm good. I used to be a graphics whore, but kept getting disappointed with boring gameplay. After playing games Last of Us and Rayman Origins, I believe the PS3 could be relevant for another 5 years.... Not that I'm going to wait that long lol
Long story short, smooth gameplay trumps graphics.
I wonder if he was able to conjure electricity and shoot it into the crowd after saying that
If I would have said Chuck Norris should be PS4's PR, you'd be all on his sackboy.
Are they going to throw in an ounce of bud too?!?!
Holy shit!
Microsoft just needs to hire Chuck Norris for their PR.
How the Xbox One connects to your cable box, PS4 should connect to your PS3 to allow for seamless integration.
If Ubisoft spent a little more time polishing their games and striving for 60 fps, they would be on the level of your Naughty Dog's and Rockstar's.
I would just like to see a return of imagination/surrealism. Since graphics and physics have been getting better, it seems that more and more games are striving for realism. I somewhat find this boring. I think developers need to think more out of the box and create worlds that are the opposite of what's real. I really like what DmC did with limbo. The world is vibrant and surreal. Enough of realistic shooters. I give props to games like Borderlands & Bioshock.
LOL
Yeah, I was very disappointed with motion gaming this generation... Wii's best use was Wii sports, PS3's best use was Sport's Champions (if it was online... it could have been killer), & Kinect's best use was the various microphone controls and independent hacks.
Not just exclusives too. I'm really excited for GTA V and South Park: Stick or Truth.
Are these PS4's that Sony is shipping to IGN and other gaming companies working units?
I own both systems (I bought my 360 for $50 from a friend after he bought a PS3) and I believe with time Microsoft can be a worthy opponent. Sony has had time to develop the biggest in-house development team as far as consoles go. Sony's development teams are obviously going to push out more AAA games. But if Nintendo and Microsoft don't get their shit together, Sony will have the throne... and Nintendo will be left with just handhelds and Mircosoft will be pushing a Halo racing (plea...
Day 1 Digital?
Did Microsoft stop support for the 360 after Halo 4?
I am truly hoping that the empty character slot (said 86 days by the silhouette on the game play trailer) will be your online create-a-character. It would be awesome to see your create-a-character interacting with GTA's anti-heros in the campaign.
What makes Gran Turismo hard for me to play is the lack of speed other titles offer. I know it's a "racing simulator," but I much rather play Need for Speed, Forza, or a handful of other racing titles.
I'm interested in seeing how Drive Club will turn out. I really would like a third-person view tho. You can call me a noob if you want.
Was anyone else numbed to all the next-gen hype once they saw GTA V running so beautifully on the PS3?
DAMN SON!!!!!!!!!!!
