It was a damn good remake of the PS1 version on Gamecube (same with Metal Gear Solid Twin Snakes). I'm not saying Capcom should keep rebuilding the same game, but if they are going to keep milking us with old ideas, the least they could do is build a game around the new consoles. Imagine the gameplay, physics, social aspects, etc... that can be incorporated in todays powerful machines.
Fuck Capcom. I can barley tell the difference, which is sad on so many levels. They need to build from the ground up for any REMAKE of a game that came out before 2007. They upped the resolution... WOW.
We as gamers, can't feed into this shit and let companies get away with this.

I agree, it gets really annoying when I'm riding on my Sparrow or jetpacking around a level and then hit a level boundary. Kills all illusions of being a massive world game.
No, they did mislead people. I mean, look at the description on the back of the game case lol.

I used to trust IGN.
But I bought a couple of games given very high scores, and I was disappointed with my purchases. I feel as if IGN is somewhat reliable when it comes to AAA titles, but they rate indies waaay too high in my opinion.
Near perfect? Not so sure about that.... But IMO Destiny is a solid 8/8.5
Destiny is by far the best multiplayer experience I've had with a FPS on PS4. Does that say much? Probably not, but it's nevertheless the best experience thus far.

I agree. I just think the industry reflects the demographics. It's not particularly a bad thing. It's just publishers know who they are selling to. If most of Sony's customers were 7 year girls who loved their PS4's, we'd see a much different line-up of games today.
I'm not saying they don't exist. I'm just saying that the majority of "gamers" are men.

Hell no! Games these days have TOO many cutscenes. And tbh, I think NaughtyDog cutscenes are just graphics porn... they are pretty boring to me. At least Metal Gear games try to mind fuck you, and GTA cutscenes are genuinely humorous.
Show me the demographics on video games players and I can show you an argument.

Nice. I really wish these types of yearly games would offer a $20-$30 upgrade option if you purchased the previous year. $65 bucks every year for a very similar game just isn't part of my routine ... but I guess people keep giving them money.
