You stating that "LoU2 didnt have the same impact on gamers" is not fact. That is your jaded opinion because the FACT is, it sold a tonne, has a very high rating, a massive following and a tonne of awards including GOTY.
Please have your opinion but don't try and speak for everybody else.
For me, GOTY without a doubt and potentially my game of the generation.
Loved every moment and can easily say that this is one of the only games that upon competition, haunted me for weeks after.
It had a final boss battle up there with MGS4. The story, the detail, the graphics, the acting. All incredible.

GTA5 was a ps3 game and look what they achieved.

VR is an amazingly new experience that really moves gaming forward (IMO) and given the right games/applications, it will be a must have for most.
RE7/ Star wars squadrons/ astrobot are a few that nailed it on current hardware. Imagine it going further? Something like HOME but in VR. A fully fledged world where you can all meet and experience in a new way.
Cant wait to get a feel of this!

Your comments are a little niave. Microsoft is a business with many divisions including XBOX and within those divisions, they want to see their profits increase to ensure they are worthwhile persuits.

For me, there was a lot of potential with Cyberpunk.
The whole concept is great and the story was awesome. If they learn their lessons and develop a 2nd which fixes and builds on everything wrong with the first. Im in.
