These stories keep coming up about "HDD price", but if you have a 20gig and want to upgrade to a 120 gig, you can buy a specific western digital model for under 100$.
Edit: I am assuming the disagrees haven't tried this with the software required to copy the data from the M$ HDD over to the new WD HDD
