You have a point with the EU numbers, however; the point of this article was to show that the media took the sales from 1 territory (in which the 360 had sold more) and made it sound like they had sold more worldwide when the only other 'accurate' data we have (Media Create) shows that Japan's PS3 lead, alone, outweighed North America.

The point of the article isn't who sold more, it's that people in the industry are running with numbers that are not only incorrect, but are based on less than half of the market.
I live on Main street....there are 5 PS3s and only 1 360....I only care about those numbers since it is my street, therefore Sony outsold MS 5:1....Do you not see the error of that?
