Comprehension is not your friend...I PICKED UP A 360 IN 2008...TRADED IT IN E3 2010...geesh. That is the 3rd F*CKING time I've had to spell it out for you
I picked up a 360 back in '08. I traded it in immediately after this years E3....Never had RRoD, never had any disc scratching...just realized MS is now focusing on the casual market. In fact, I am still paid up for XBL until November of next year.
Don't compare "reviews" with "sales". Popular != quality. Speaking of which, Move has already been implemented into core games such as MAG/RE5/Heavy Rain. Are there any games that are already available that will implement kinect at release?...or even soon after release?
Watch your f*cking tone. I said nothing about the PS3 so why bring it up? Somehow you take my comment regarding Apple TV being far superior to renting/owning movies and turn it into some PS3 vs 360 debate? WTF is wrong with you.
As for owning movies, I know that I couldn't when I first owned my 360 (back in '08). I only recently traded in my 360 (right after MS's conference of this years E3) so I very much educated in all that is XBL related. "Zune" ...
double post
In Canada, Apple TV is far superior for renting/buying movies than the 360. It costs more to rent movies on XBL and there are fewer movies to choose from.
Edit:
I just remembered...You can't even purchase movies from XBL...unless they've changed things since E3
Critter Crunch and Mushroom Wars are the only 2 games that I didn't already own and have played more than once.
Canada actually, but it's basically the same as the US store. The problem is that the big PSN games offered are ones that I already own and the other games are ones that I will play once and then forget about. I don't get a substitution for games like Wipeout HD so I get less for my subscription than those who never shelled out originally.
I guess if you never purchased anything of the PSN, Plus is a great deal....otherwise, I am still trying to justify having it (o...
A rebate for the months leading up to November...j/k. Seriously though, I find that I already own the 'good' freebies and the free games I don't own are crap. With exception to Qore, I haven't found too much personal value in PSN+. I don't really care about a week headstart for demos either.
Anyone else feeling short-changed?
Edit: If I could change only one thing about PSN+, it would be that I get to decide on the freebies OR I get to...
to deny the majority of problems haven't been captured on video, is just wrong.
With kinect, we aren't talking about the typical speculation that spreads with any 'new' product. The issues surrounding kinect have been witnessed and recorded.
"I'll believe a guy who's had time on kinect over a jack-ass on n4g any day"....or the many videos showing the flaws apparently. This guy even mentions how all issues that people have noticed from game footage are still relevant. How is this a positive review?
Oh, and I love how the 'journalist' makes it sound like any and all negative press regarding kinect are from forum trolls...OK buddy
@below
Think you are in the wron...
Hope natal/kinect work out for 360 owners as that seems to be all they have to look forward to in the near future
PS3 is next
I didn't know any 360 owners begging for xbl mii-vatars either
Not really. My guess is they are going to work on 'Home' for XBL. Actually, it seems rather obvious.
Funny you would mention "hypocritical" as you only seem to mention 2 PS3 exclusives and nothing about the consoles which tend to have an over-abundance of hypocrisy....Weird.
Hypocrite : a person who acts in contradiction to his or her stated beliefs or feelings.
Just thought you'd like to know what it is that people are calling you
Not quite Penny, most of those games you linked can be played sitting down
Ok, but will it work sitting down like a remote will?
There's a lot of negativity around kinect and I think it's because people misunderstand the demographic. The PS3 is aimed at the hardcore, the wii is at the casual and now the 360/kinect is clearly aimed at children. As soon as you realize this, it all makes sense.
