I agree with most people in sayting that this game has some of the best visuals I've seen this generation.
Sorry, that came from a Massively article I had read earlier in the day.
Nickle and dime scheme and playing with pre-made heros. I don't see this doing too well.
The excuse is the reason.
Not that I'm giving the story any credit, but Its stating that 600 was withdrawn from the card. If the information was stolen, it could have been used anywhere, not necessarily on PSN. While it was as debit card, if it had a VISA/MC logo it can be ran as a credit card, bypassing the need for a pin. While this information alone won't work with all vendors, there are many at which it will.
OMG, I too am a PSN user, and I too have had fraudulent charges made on a card in my life!! I bet the two are completely related omgwtfbbq!!
/s
I agree, its not a big deal. It happens. People can steal your numbers from anywhere. I have had it happen. Here are the steps you take.
1. Go to bank.
2. Say, these are fraudulent charges.
3. Get money refunded.
4. Get new card.
Like I said, I've had it happen, and banks will correct it for you in seconds. Most of the time they will recognize the charges are fraudulent and automatically disable the card and contact you before...
Thirded.
Not really directed at you Proto, but your comment is what I really don't understand about this whole issue. Yes, PSN is down, you can't play the multiplayer portions of games. "But then found my regular NES and Mario 3 *boots up system and game*". <-a great example of offline single player, and guess where else you can find that? In pretty much every ps3 game you own (with a few exceptions). Maybe the online only players should try the single player aspects of their ...

@MrSancho
The Bad Company series is a spinoff from the battlefield universe. The true Battlefield games are very different.
Moving "up" in life I see.
Whoa whoa whoa...back up the boat. I'm going to google it now to find out, but what are these Steam PC to TV streaming features you speak of? That would(will) be pretty awesome.
Edit:
Ok, looked it up. "Big Picture mode", apparently details are scarce. Speculation is that it could be streaming with specialized hardware, but will probably just be a consolized interface for HTPC's. The second option is pretty Meh.
Food for thought: Linux wasn't that great on PS3.
Sure, it could manage some distro's, but if you really want to use linux just build a dedicated box -it will serve you better in the long run.
While it is strange to compare the two, this kind of speaks well towards what kind of MMO GW2 is expected to be.
Yeah, I was about to ask the same thing, then realized that because of Steam sales I have plenty of games I haven't gotten around to installing.
After looking at the disagrees from my previous comment, I digress. Apparently It does take hours upon hours of play to realize if you think a game is crap. /s?
Well, you could easily build a $2k rig if you wanted to, but to be honest, you could also build one that will run BF3 for well under $1k. By build though, I mean order and assemble parts -not configure on alienware's website :)
I don't think they're saying PC gaming is dead, they are saying quite the opposite -to the naysay of console fanboys. They are using the stats on that page to illustrate how PC gaming couldn't be further from dead.
I know you're trolling, but you really don't think they'd put the sequel out on pc again?
