Aren't they loosing money?
Edit: I love how a question gets disagrees.
I'm sure as hell buying it :)!
He sounds like a pretty arrogant prick to me.
Definitely not worth paying that much money for it. You can build something more powerful for less by yourself.
This game is going to be amazing. I don't care what other people say about it, the first stalker was an amazing game, with an amazing story, the next one will be so much better :).
If only they made games like this coop :(.
My live is working fine, what are they talking about?
I bought the music on a CD, I can transfer it to what ever device I own that I want. Come sue me for listening to the music I bought.
you people are hopeless.
Edit: That's was I was talking about, the 80% power they have left is in the vast amount of "power" in the cpu. I don't see how you can turn a console's "power" into any certain percentage.
Edit: Alright, you're right, I don't know much about the cell's architecture, but all I'm saying is that it's only using "20%" of PS3's power because the Cell provides the large majority of that pool of "100%" . ...
When I say max I mean 2560x1600 8xAA 16xAF, and yeah, tri-sli is new, but the three 8800 ULTRA's together couldn't run very high 2560x1600 8xAA 16xAF, and still, the PS3 can't run crysis at a steady 30 fps at 1920x1080, or what ever the 720P resolution is on high.
Edit: tri-sli 8800's can run crysis on very high 1900x1600 without sli support, but maxed out resoloution, it can't. I was just trying to make a point that the PS3 cannot max out crysis, or anything near it. Sure med...
Sure, the PS3 can do great things with it's cpu, but when it comes to graphics (which most games are rated by today) the PS3 is limited to it's GPU and memory. *sigh* why didn't SONY and Microsoft just put a gig of shared memory in both, I mean, it IS next gen, why settle with 512 mb?...
Very easy to argue with the "20%" statement, sure it's only 20% if you factor in the cell's processing power, but what's it all worth if you're majorly limited by the GPU and the memory?
Much past PS3's capabilities. If three 8800 Ultra's cant max out Crysis what makes you think the PS3 can?
You all are blind in your glory, it probably used 20% of the CPU, but PS3 is still bottlenecked by it's GPU and lack of memory, so you probably will never see PS3 go 100% or even 80% with the cell unless you have some crazy freakin physics in a game.
Edit: The people that claim the PS3 is some kind of wondermachine that beats the piss out of any PC are hopeless. Also, the rrod problem was fixed by the falcon chips. I'll only respect people's arguments if they actually think rat...
I payed 200$ for mine. The only reason I got it was for Windwaker and master quest. Other then that, the only games I have on it are Super Mario Sunshine, and Soul Caliber 2.
Black was a really good game, and yes, at that time It blew everyone other fps out of the water.
mizuki wins
You are here why? Stop being hypocritical.
Stop talking about final fantasy like that!
Most of the ones I want aren't in bold, haha.
