I actually read Kotaku's article before it was posted on N4G cause I actually go there regularly. I didnt see anything wrong with their article at all. Its fair enough you can bash them for their generally low standards of reporting but this article... is not that bad.
Rather you should be discussing why Hideki Kamiya doesnt know about PC's and the Kotaku article gives several points as to why.
Microsoft are killing themselves pretty fast in their other departments though. Their Phones, Windows 8, Surface. Nobody want, like or buys that shit.
The only reaosn the 360 is making money is because of all the revenue they make from xbl subscriptions, add revenue on their new dash board. And the fact that their fans all seem to have bought atleast 4 xbox's over the years.
If they dont allow me to transfer wii VC games over to the WiiU once the wiiU Virtual Console is finished I will be incredibly mad.
they get money from officially licensed products.
Probably because nintendo was trying to hit a price point.
What I want to know is: How heavy is this battery?
they will make a mint from these officially licensed products that are almost essential.
thats a really odd list...
down vote the review and website.
I didnt have a problem with the game or the graphics... But they wanted way more than it was worth at retail.
Im actually more inclined to get this like this than at retail.
okay DONE! works great! its not necessary but I felt like having one so I went and spent the extra $10 on one
Ive had zero hassles with transferring data to the wiiU, But I didnt have a failing system. Was still annoying having to spend 2-3 hours re-downloading every VC and WiiWare game one at a time...
I like the classic controller pro.
First Yoshi's Island WiiU in that miiverse 'hack' back in week 1. And now the suggestion that the fruit thing in the Direct's is actually a hint... Hmmm....
Its a good article and a valid point. With so many features it can be hard for designers to figure out how to use them all. But honestly, I wouldnt care if they didnt.
The biggest problem was the Wii was the lack of AAA third party games. Even if on the wiiU they are straight ports that dont use the wiiU's features; I would be fine with that. We just need them on the console. Period.
Yearly releases are annoying for me. I work and have limited time to play games, I barely get to spend enough quality time with the games that are already out let alone its impending sequel.
this is why gamers end up with a 'pile of shame' (read: pile of unfinished games)
I had a brief play with my wiiU and I cant tell if its quicker at loading apps or not... maybe only slightly but still too long. I cant help but feel that people are imagining a speed up.
I have not had issues with constant freezing either so I cant say anything about that.
America had the dumbest marketing for the WiiU, just dubstep and colored lights.
The Uk's adds were very clear about the device...
I am a pretty big fan of Battle.net I think that Blizzard are simply keeping Battle.net to themselves.
