that is pretty interesting and a nice change for them to go that route.
sounds alot like a destiny type build....ten years, grow over time.....similarities are there. will it be online only like Destiny even if it has a sp campaign in it? I wonder myself. It is very clear the messaging by them is that it will be an ongoing GAAS type structure for them that will flesh out over time. yeah Mattrick imo at least delivered exclusive games unlike Phil who has completely ruined any identity they had and made them a gamepass sub based service box. He cancelled games they needed and put their games they had on pc devaluing the console altogether. Now gamepass is all he is fixated on. Hardware and exclusives and new AAA IP are a distant second if at all.

this is the problem with Phil pushing gamepass and day one release of their exclusives on it. It devalues the product and its obvious with the quality of many of their games lately. Crackdown, sot, sod2, and now halo which is their biggest franchise and needs to be amazing in terms of polish and content. Insomniac reached out to Phil and MS for a green light for the sequel multiple times as per Ted Price and they never even got back to them. MS dropped the ball big time and now Sony owns Insomniac. Hope we get a sequel on PS5.
Lots of ok looking games made for gamepass. That is all Phil really cares about at the end of the day. Subs over everything at the expense of quality.
