I own all the Souls games and Bloodborne but have yet too beat a single one but I like the challenge, they're great games and that's why I support them. I picked up Bloodborne at launch and never really played it until recently because of my backlog of games and it's killer. Took me about 25 deaths to beat that Father Gar...... Dude and man I tell you, that's some confidence boosting right there then only 5 deaths to beat the second boss. Now I'm stuck on the blood starve...
Yeah it's kind of a bummer for fans of both consoles who enjoyed the product that they released. I never really played Fable but know a few people who did and they really enjoyed the series and the same with Driveclub/Motorstorm.
It almost goes to show the power of poor reception, development/launch issues can effect a companies standing either in the eyes of gamer's or the corporations that fund them and a lot of promising titles lost over the years due to that. EDIT...
Interesting. Looks like PS fans have something in common with the Xbox guys now since 2 long standing studios have closed due to whatever reasons or abysmal games. I liked Motorstorm and Driveclub, hell I remember the promo videos for PS3 showing Motorstorm and was blown away.
I can't see pre-ordering anything anymore. Not saying that it's a sham because obviously you're guaranteed one by doing this but long gone are the days where you could walk into say Gamestop and buy something the day it releases. Now they say no because you didn't pre-order it. So I just walk to Target by my work which opens at 7am and buy my games there.
Considering the current state of what's going on in America and the world in general there is no logic too anything except; the ability to kill fake people and not have too worry about being sent up the river.
I'm guessing that's cheaper than buying a $40 pack of cigarettes?
RDR on my 360 that's sitting next to my X1. On a side note, RDR was still $29.99 on the Xbox store the last time I checked and how long has that game been out?
I have no idea and can only " guess " there's no co-op just based on the game descriptions in both PS and Xbox stores.
I was hoping there would've been co-op but doubt there is and have a feeling the campaign may be short and multiplayer driven because of the map editor.
I only agreed with you based on the disagrees comment but spectacular I can't agree with because I've yet too play it, so I can't agree that it is just based on the writers or your opinion. I've really only seen the same footage everyone else has so I think I'll pass on any positive/negative remarks till after I complete it.
EDIT.
Remedy does make solid games that I have enjoyed but this hype train I am not boarding.
That's a genius move.
MS cannot catch a " break " no pun intended but is anyone surprised by this announcement; yet apparently so which is odd because it happens quite frequently.
I'm not a game designer, system engineer like some people who comment on these " graphical " articles seem to be but it would seem that some things had to be sacrificed in order to achieve what they desired.
EDIT.
Is it an issue with me? Not really because when pa...
The double standard is hilariously out of control when it comes to objectifying women in video games ( big boobs, nice ass, scantily dressed or dressed sexy. Never an ugly female lead character )online games, the community or " it's okay for PS to do this but if MS does it then it's wrong or vice versa. It's a complete joke.
You imagine if they made Lara Croft with down syndrome Tomb Raider would've been a successful video game series? LOL... No one would...
I work with an ex pornstar/cam girl that says she's a feminist. Tell me how that works? I even have women that come into my work sometimes and say that the mannequins in the window are to scantly dressed. I'm like " lady, we sell lingerie and it's a mannequin. "
EDIT.
Then those women are usually like " well what about the children that walk by? "
Ummm. What about those children who are subjected to it on da...
That's the confusing part about this whole situation. Put some women in skimpy outfits too sell product. Some woman or man shows up and says they're being exploited. Commonsense would tell me that if those women ( in the schoolgirl outfits )felt they were going to be exploited, wouldn't they have said " No, I don't feel comfortable doing that "
Sometimes I wonder if stuff like this happens because it " happens " or if it's done on purpose to keep issues in the foreground and people arguing with each other.
I have zero clue about what it is going on here but the video that was attached in the article. Is that what the fuss is all about? If so then; hahahahahaha!!!! That game looked terrible and hopefully it was free because after watching that I would never buy it. I mean. Soldier Of Fortune 2 is better than this....
Isn't that whole idea of being lost in the woods on a mountain with just a map and compass to create a sense of not knowing where you are? Only then when you come across something is your map marked because you found something? I like the game, have only found 3 campsites and a few diary pages but half the time I don't even pay attention to the map because it's almost pointless. Review scores anymore are just number to tack on and give the reader the notion that game is great or ...
hahahahahahahahahahahahahaha.
It's $399 for the HEADSET and it's not false advertising. What is it that yourself and other people don't understand about this? Where were you and everyone when the PS4 was announced at $399? No one seemed to care then about the fact you had to add PS+, add more if wanted the camera and move stick. All this is common knowledge and sorry if I sound like I am talking down too you because I'm not, I just don't see how this is bl...
Exactly. I've already commented but yeah, the more brutal the better.
