What he is saying is that, he's going to use his new power to the fullest to pump out games so there is no mistaken that the XB1 is a console for gamers/games first.

I'm in the preview beta and have already reported this on the beta forums. Other folks have an issue with not only Amazon but all 3rd party video apps. Amazon also has the same issue on Roku though.
Frame stutter and locking makes Amazon video unwatchable right now on XB1.
