Because it's a beta. Testing gameplay and looking for flaws.

Because that someone is shooting at your target too, he go the final shot.
3. Why do we always end up in a 'Shotty Snipers' match?
I've played a lot and only gotten 2 shotty vs snipz.
4. Why doesn't it register hits when it should?
Because it's a beta. that's what beta's are for finding mist...
