Ha ha.. I came on here to type almost the exact same thing. As soon as I see the word "glorious", I know who the submitter is going to be.

I'll admit I'm a bit envious of the guy's enthusiasm, though.

I just gave in and bought this game yesterday. I'm enjoying it quite a bit, but it might be because I'm not a multiplayer gamer. It seems many that many people disappointed by this game were expecting great things when it came to an MMO experience and were let down. I can't comment on the multiplayer aspect because I haven't tried it and likely never will.

I'm a huge fan of open-world games and I'm really enjoying just exploring the massive map and gri...

I like and own the system, though I've only played a handful of games on it so far. The gamepad has a potential that just simply isn't being utilized. It's being used as a gimmick rather a true piece of new technology. The fact that so many developers exist in this industry and that so few of them have the imagination to utilize the gamepad in extraordinary ways is a depressing situation to me. I'm not even in the industry, and I've thought of many ways to use the gamepad ...

Thankfully, I eventually had the sense to calm down and just buy the system that the game was going to be on. A simple thing in hindsight, but my young self had a psychotic passion for Nintendo that I can't say I miss too much. At that point, I had already forgiven Sega for their nonexistent crimes (basically, I ended up owning a Genesis, so all was forgiven), so I at least had some experience "abandoning" Nintendo for other things.

The only time I ever raged over a console exclusive was when FFVII was announced for the original Playstation. At this time, I was an insane Nintendo fanboy (is there any other type of fanboy other than the insane kind?) and I was almost daily salivating over the Final Fantasy 64 screenshots that had popped up in a few magazines.

When I saw that Final Fantasy 64 not only was not going to get made, but that its replacement was going to be on a non-Nintendo system, I was livid....

I agree. There are so many of these types of games I'd like to play, but they are sullied by having to endure other people.

I sometimes think that a break from all these gaming sites for a few months would be a good idea. They are starting to ruin my hobby with the sensationalist, tabloid-quality articles that are running amok. It's ridiculous. I don't see anything interesting happening that really needs reported on for a while anyway. I'm done buying new games until The Witcher 3 and I've got plenty to keep me occupied until then.

Unfortunately, the reality is that with the intern...

I have never in my life had a video game console that impresses me so much with its non-video game functions as the Xbox One does. I feel like I actually bought a new piece of technology rather than just another game console.

I sound like I'm gushing over it, but truthfully I didn't give a crap about its Kinect functions, or it's myriad other features, when I bought it; I just wanted to play Dead Rising 3. But it has turned out to be more than I bargained for in a...

Well, I'm having a blast with it. I can jump around as a mostly naked chick killing things with with weird dolls that spray acid.

On a serious note, how is this a top news story on a news aggregator site? It is simply not news.

I am perfectly fine with people having opinions and writing blogs about those opinions, but again, this is not news. I've been visiting this site for about three years now and I have seen a lot of crap get submitted, but I don&...

It's understandable that you have a preference. Since you have this preference, you probably would research any product that you were about to purchase to ascertain its size.

I'll admit that at first I was impressed by the Gamecube's small size, and its game discs' small size, but I didn't really notice either of these things much once I plugged the small system in and started popping small game discs into it.

But as they say, to each thei...

I'm still not sure why people are overwhelmingly berating this game.

It's open-world. It has bugs.

This has been an issue with open-world games since their inception. I haven't encountered anything game-breaking, and frankly, I find visual glitches to be funny and charming and I rue the day that such glitches exist no more.

I am currently playing Dragon Age: Inquisition, a game that I have experienced considerably more bugs with t...

I've never understood the obsession with a piece of technology's size; unless it's so big that it doesn't fit in your entertainment center, or if you don't have an entertainment center, it creates a crater in your floor, I can't imagine why you would obsess over it. Or for that matter, why you'd purchase it in the first place.

I have owned an absurd amount of technological devices over the years, and never once have I removed any of these things fr...

Just started playing this. I like the creepy vibe and simple yet violent death animations. I was planning on buying this one day, but I guess it's good that I held off and got it for free.

Oddly enough, I've never play Minecraft, but I have played several of its clones.

I like the idea, but I'm sure that with all of the technology that exists these days a world-builder with much more elaborate sculpting options could exist. Project Spark is a good start, but its world sizes are still severely limited even with the Massive World Builder add-on. But my few worlds I've built with that game are more appealing to me than what could be done with Minecraft...

I've had this game since the day it came out and I really like it, but it came out at a bad time. I think I got about halfway through it, but then a new Borderlands came out. Then two new Assassin's Creed games came out. Then a new Far Cry came out. Then a new friggin' Dragon Age came out. And let's not forget Sunset Overdrive and who the hell knows what else. Basically, I've spent over $800 on games since August, and this kind of got buried in my shiny new pile of games. ...

The main reason I buy Playstation consoles if for the JRPGs, so if it's getting an exclusive one, that's great.

I plan on buying a PS4 in January just for the hell of it and I'll probably get Infamous: Second Son with it because that series isn't too bad. Also, Transistor looks great.

However, I mostly want the system for that inevitable JRPG that makes any Sony console worth owning. I have a feeling if there's ever going to be a Rogue Gal...

Okay, I bought a great system, intentionally, for $500.00 because it had games I wanted to play on it. It has arguably the best first-year game library of any system since the N64. It has many, many great features outside of gaming that I didn't even expect it to have because I thought I didn't care and I didn't research these features.

And then Microsoft has the audacity to reward me for buying into this shit? Assholes even gave me a free game.

I...

Well, they didn't have to offer you anything.

But what the hell, here's a reply (and exclusive reward) to your comment, courtesy of an Xbox One early adopter (who was fully aware of possible price drops because this kind of sh*t happens).

Reply: *Kisses*.

Reward: With some full-ass lips.

Kids these days. Reminds me of my workplace. Every year, they offer a free turkey dinner the week before Thanksgiving.

But what does everyone do? They promptly bitch that the turkey wasn't cooked right, the soda selection isn't good enough, and everything f***ing sucks. "F***k my life, my workplace gave me a free f***king dinner. What are those starving Africans bitching about? At least they expect a dehydrated beetle for breakfast, and god****it if they don'...

I was pleasantly surprised to receive this message.

I'm looking forward to playing this game. I've had it on my "to buy" list for an absurdly long time. I guess it is a good thing I never got around to buying it.
