I own this game, but it just sits on my shelves. To bad really, it looked great, but it never got its hooks in me like Uncharted 2, or Infamous or even God of War 3.
I guess it goes to show that no matter how good you look, gameplay is key. One of the best examples of that is the first Xbox, it was the more powerfull console last gen, but the games on the PS2 where just to good that it proved once and for all that graphics always come a second to gameplay.
I am willing to bet FF13 on the PS3 outsells God of War 3.

yeah, thats my bad. I got confused with Command & Conquer: Tiberian Sun which was my third C&C game and I was really dissapointed in it and it was not well received. 3 was bad ass though.
however 4 is a good twist to the formula, I am enjoying it very much and its far from being a POS.

Well, I think there is missing an epic battle that compares to the Poseidon fight to end the game and its a tad short, I wanted so much more, I hate it when a game leaves me wanting more. Those are my only grppes though, this is one of the best games I have played this year.
I don`t agree, in fact I did not like 3 at all. I have also bought every C&C game and I do know it had its up and downs, one of the first downs being 3 infact, it was received with bad reviews. C&C 3 wishes it had lukewarm reviews, lol
Anyways, EA LA keep on pumping out good C&C games and now they seem to be seperating the three of them, Tyberium, Red Alert and Generals. I can;t wait to see a new Generals.
The multiplayer is solid. That`s all the really matters. And the crawler mechanic is preety cool, I like it alot.
The singleplayer is cool in that it has a campy story, and the fact that they are not trying to be campy, makes it funny. I enjoyed Red alert 3, but that was just way over the top.
this is a great game and a nice twist on the RTS genre, it works very well in multiplayer also.
btw, this article is lukewarm. I mean will they write an article for every game that has lukewarm reviews? Infact, what is a lukewarm review? I would guess its average-good reviews?

Myself I am interested to see what this shooter will be like, also Jumpgate looks sick and F1 2010 is promising, I mean this is the guys that gave us Dirt 2 and Grid, heck, Codemasters is one of the most proven Racing game devs of the last 10 years, they are up there wil Polyphony and Turn 10 imho.
