The developers said this, not me. There are already games out, like Drakes fortune for example, that show the PS3's potential.
Drake`s fortune, Ratchet and clank, Resistance and Hot shots golf. Are all first party and all 720p. Oh and look brilliant also.

This is not your typical RTS multiplayer experience. 5vs5 will be sick on consoles, this game is the perfect console RTS if you ask me, fast paced and more on par with game like Counterstrike then Command and conquer.
