TO blame percentage on Hazes failure and FR troubled situation...
Ubisoft - 40 % (they clearly brokered this stupid exclussive deal and probably also got the bigger piece of the cash pie from sony)
Free Radical - 40% (they made an average game that could not live to the hype of a PS3 exclussive)
Sony - 20% (They paid for an exlusive and decided not to market it, I`m guessing if it was a better product they would of, but why did they even bother wit...
I would think having the game released on both consoles it could have at least sold better. Not that it would of been better, Haze was an average game at best, even if it was on both consoles, but it would have had a bigger potential audience.
I want to blame sony, but I know it`s not completly their fault, Ubi is in on this also, and the fact that Haze was not an amazing game. The Haze exclusivity was a lot of pressure for an average game that should of been on both major Next gen consoles and not be in the spot light like it was. I would be interested to know who got the money from that exclussive deal, and how much it cost sony. FR is clearly the big loser in that deal.

I own and love the PS3, I will enjoy some aspects of Home, however I can understand the humor of the quote. If you can't you are as much a blind fanboy as you claim Jenzo to be. btw, my Villa was 5$, and I can't wait to get a sexy Viao to put in there, how much do you think they will go for?
I don't need Home to remember the old times, I will go to a real bowling alley, or to Sharks and play pool with a few friends and have a couple of beers. Places with arcade cabinets, pool tables an bowling alleys still exist, at least in Montreal they do.
I do like where home is going, it will appeal to many different kinds of gamers however some just won' t find enjoyment in most of it, I know I did'nt. There is no need to defend it, the comic was damn funny, and was pretty muc...

I just want Amplitude or Frequency on the PSN with online play, it's time has come! Playing frequency online was on of my first console online experiences and deserves a second chances, it was so ahead of its time.

The point was that marketing is not the only part of a games success. Everytime an MS game sells like crazy people start saying that it`s simply because the games are marketed through the teeth. I somewhat agree with that, but if you market a crappy game you aint going nowhere fast.
I`m not saying MS2, LBP or Resistance 2 are bad games, just that Sony is marketing them also. I love and own all three btw. I just think this years holiday rush is saturated with amazing games so...
