I can definitely see this being a problem for future titles on PSN, and to those who say its no big deal they've been already doing it for five months. How do you know they even told about it until after the fact. If rumors of exclusive Xbox FFXIII content are true, anyone see a correlation here?

But I've always heard patent, licensing, etc laws in Europe are a lot different then they are certainly in the US. Also with so many different countries in Europe, all with differing regulations and standards, I would think that making the same available in other markets is a lot tougher for Sony...and MS, and everyone else for that matter. Am i wrong?
I'd love to have that feature, just with so few people out there with both I don't see this winning anybody over in the long run or, "the key to winning the living room".
