The only way I'd consider buying a Vita is if there was one really good online game that REQUIRED you to have a PS3/PS4 AND a Vita. I wanna see what happens when the full power of both systems is combined. Sony needs at least one development team dedicated to exploring the technical possibilities.

It's about multiplayer games not single player. Pokemon and Mario Kart are all that Nintendo really has to offer in that area.
I knew it was gonna be a let down so I can't say this is a disappointment. None of the 3D elements they showed in the trailer even have Pokemon in them, it's just dumb filler stuff like swinging on ropes to get from place to place.
One small success for the 3DS, one bone-shattering death blow for the Wii U.
No matter what type of Wii Pokemon game it is, it needs to have these 3 things.
1) Online battling where you can search for players easily, either co-op or competitively
2) ways to perfect the IV stats of your Pokemon more easily
3) in-game time and weather based events
In the New Super Mario Bros games, Mario doesn't move as quickly and responsively as the SNES and NES games. The silly looking new suits make me not wanna play it also. I want quick multicolored Yoshi's stomping and flying. At this point 3D Mario is much more satisfying to control. Not because it can't be done but because Nintendo are relying too much on unnecessary gimicks.
New Vegas plays smooth as butter compared to 3. New Vegas also has better music and a better overall environment. Much rather be roaming the open desert instead of lost in some underground subway with a compass constantly pointing in the wrong direction.
The game itself doesn't matter if there is hardly anyone online to play with.

If its powerful enough and leaves more breathing room for multiplatform developers so that they don't have to struggle to fit everything in, its clearly the way to go. No reason to give up on it, just go bigger and badder this time around.

Game is already short and barebones, DLC does nothing to help that.
Mario Kart will be good but thats it.

Hating on it just because it rips off another game is for childish little girls; no one said anything about this game replacing Uncharted. Looks like it might be a quality PSN title.
