Yeah i really don't listen to these big sites anymore, i have learnt it is just a matter of opinion because the majority of games they give good/average scores to I think are wonderful games and certain games they have gave 10's to is just simply laughable IMO.
I wouldn't be surprise if they did video some footage. It would be like the T-moblie advertisements here in Britain which really stood out.
Or a new actor to play James Bond! No wait... What?
I agree man, at the end of the day it is going to be an awsome game and it's us the gamers that win.
If someone doesn't like the game then fair enough, there are other great arcade driving games out there such as Burnout and GRID, there is hours of fun to be had with those games.
2 weeks after I sold my Xbox 360 it RROD. The guy was gutted =) I did my best to preform the Kevin Butler laugh, obviously I failed at it.
I agree and they did mention that and they couldn't do anything about the online situation (servers went down). But online is a big part of this GT game and is something almost all fans are anticipating (including myself). I think it's unfair to throw out a incomplete review just to get noticed. Can you image if Halo or COD got reviewed without the multiplayer aspect, doesn't make sense.
No idea, however some sites are like that =S. But all I wanted to know is why out of 6, that is so random.
There main concern seems to be the lack of damage, which is understandable to an extent, the damage obviously isn't realistic for a number of reasons, one being the car markers told PD they couldn't use serious car damage.
But it seems reviewers (and those new to the series) don't understand that this isn't GRID or DIRT (Both great games)...
So when you say contrary to fanboy belief you actually mean everyone who has reviewed kinect?
Is it just me or are they standing way to close to the Kinect camera in the advertisement picture.
On a brighter note the two videos were absolutely hilarious, I find it hard to believe that there is actually human beings out there that get on like that. Ah well all the more for my own enjoyment.
Just finished the single player and i thought it was really good, I actually took an interest in the characters and cared about the storyline, and even though they switched between some playable characters it was fine because they were all relevant to the story.
Multiplayer is pretty much the same but still fun, i actually prefer it to previous instalments. Also i'm playing on the ps3 version and it is running well. There hasn't been any more connection/host issues th...
Yeah and Killzone 3 will already be out by the time E3 2011 hits
lol
A tad harsh...
Yaaaaaaaaaaaaay!!!
Agreed! I can't wait for this game, maybe because I regret not taking full advantage of the first. I always got enthusiastic about creating levels yet when I went create a level it kind of felt overwhelming, and i just sucked at creating levels lol. Good think the community is a lot more creative.
I have started collecting and I do it for a few reasons. One of the main reasons is that it gives me great pride to just simply look at my collection and know that it is something I have brought together and another is because I love the feeling when you find a game from your childhood (doesn't have to be a rare game) and brings back great memories e.g. mortal combat on the SNES, a game i sunk hours into with my brother =) good times!
Wonder how many people will actually get his 'hidden message' in this 'review' lol
he had nothing but good things to say about the game, expect the multiplayer (on the PC version).
Would you rather he recommended a game that had faults? Its the job of a reviewer to make us the consumer aware of these problems. He clearly states he would give it an 8 out of 10 once these problems are fixed, and they will be fixed.
Turn 10 obviously put more work into the surrounding environments (from looking at these shots). Whether it be more detail or just adding more colourful surrounding to catch the player's eye it is easier on the eye.
However the shots of the cars alone shows the difference, I honestly think these shots (of the standalone cars and the interior) show how amazing GT5 is. I mean the amount of detail is insane and they look real, were as you can tell Forza is a game.
