Yeah I'm all for this.
I dont think an adaptation ever made me angry before. I typically roll my eyes or laugh, but I was so vexed over the bumbling idiot they made Leon out to be.
Even though its long overdue the full reveal did not dissapoint. The game looks incredible!
Good lord I'd like to believe it couldnt possibly be any worse than Welcome to Racoon City from recent, but my expectations are on the floor.
Yeah I really don't think anyone is doing the game a disservice by referring to it as Dark Souls 4. The series has a high calibre and Elden Ring has evolved it in many meaningful ways.
Yep! I'll take Crusader Kings, Weird West and Shredders!
I also didn't realise they were doing a digital version of Tainted Grail so I'll check that out too
I feel like the game isn't a new IP though. That's just a technicality. It's very much a continuation of a pedigree series.
I've been waiting for so long to hear more about this one.
I'm not a kid. I'm definitely not a casual player and I spend far more money on games than I ever get the chance to play them.
Indie games are among my favourite ones and GamePass has been saving me a fortune on those alone lately.
15 euro for The Pedestrian, 15 for Carrion, 25 for Hades, 20 for Death Door, 25 for Backbone, 40 for The Ascent, 12 for Art of Rally and that's just what I can think of off the top of my head right now.
...
If you cherry pick the best it could be said for both Western and Japanese development. JRPG games have become as tired and generic as any other over played western tropes. None of those games announced last night were breaking the mould.
One of the better developers out there now. One of the few taking creative chances
I dont know if I'd say "clever"
I also thought it was Dino Crisis and I was about to pull my hair out over how bad they'd done it! I was never so relieved to see the bait and switch
I'm actually of the same opinion but we seem in the minority here
Well that was incredibly boring!
Square are a shell of their former selves.
I'm quite optimistic for this one and looking forward to October now.
I dont understand how this got approved at all. Theres absolutely no substance to it whatsoever
The article states WB confirmed a 2022 release for Suicide Squad but hasn't this been delayed also ?
But it does have plans for an ugly ass board game
I think so. I also think it's going to be a lot of the reason people glue to this game for months on end.
As for me it's actually the reason I've no interest. Personally I don't want an encyclopedia worth of reference material needed to figure all that out.
But I've just done what I've always said people should do. Decide this game just wasn't made for them and move on. Might pick up Grid Legends instead soon
Crash Team Racing was among the worst offenders.
Gran Turismo 7 also has to some extent. I cant remember any others but I do remember there being some
