I think Natal will take up much of Microsoft's E3 with other huge titles, so expect these random announcements like in 2008 when there wasn't enough room or time, like in that year's E3.
Could be anything though. I don't know why Capcom and Microsoft would hype one Natal game when most developers have many coming. Unless they're going to reveal something about this "hardcore Natal game" Capcom said would not be in the spotlight until their good and ready.

Halo games have big open world environments with lots of battles going on.
Halo Reach even has a bigger war going on with non linear level design with twice the amount of action, AIs, Ground and air vehicles all on screen fighting at once than Halo 3 with outstanding looking pre-alpha graphics so far also with bigger open world environments.
