Got mine about an hour ago, played it for 30 minutes single player just to get the hang of things. Very cool so far.

So far and perhaps for the rest of 2009, Sony has the 360 beat hands down which kinda sucks as I play the 360 first and foremost. Or did. What I had thought, the service is not going to work just yet. You *know* they had that display running at optimal conditions, VERY fast pipe connected to the serving computer, not your average what, 3mbps line going over the internet. And it was still blotchy and laggy with the input.
I like the idea, it's just too soon for this right now. Too ambitious and it's not going to fail because it's a bad idea, but because the infrastructure just isn't there yet.
the difference in Steam vs this is with Steam you still at least download the game itself on your own PC and your PC does all of the processing to play the game. With this, the controller they give you send the signals to their computers over the internet and they essentially send you a video feed of the game being played. You do none of the processing of playing the game, they do.
All 3 will have great showings and it's a good time to be a gamer.
