Sorry but I disagree that the PS4 has been selling more due to it having a bit more power. It's a few factors.
1) The Playstation brand is a worldwide established brand
2) More games
3) More variety
4) Cleverly priced
5) Exclusives that cover multiple genres
I think power is pretty low on the list. Most consumers don't even know which system games run better on. MS has never won a generation and it never mattere...
Even if the Scorpio is more powerful I'm not sure how much it'll do against the competition . I imagine it'll cost more than the X1 and people aren't buying that nearly as much as the PS4. Now we're supposed to believe people will buy a more expensive version of the X1? I'm not too sure, but at least things are interesting.

This is how I feel about the game too. I really enjoy it and it's very fun however, it's not worth $60 for me.
Value is subjective though because people can get a ton out of it to justify the $60. With all that being said reviews should have some objectivity to them and the fact is the game does lack content. That's a dumb comment. The solution is to develop on high end but when showing the game off specify what it's running on. Don't be at a Sony press conference showing off a game that will be on PS4 and have it running on a beastly specced PC.
