I have a ps4 but xone may take November with the $350 price tag, great trade in deals for old consoles and all the bundles and MCC.
Either way, for the people that waited a year, whether they get ps4 or xone, theyre getting an amazing bargain.
Halo is too different.

No mention of the sub-30 framerate. Anything under 30FPS should be unacceptable this gen.
Game runs terribly on consoles and PC, Ubisoft needs a new definition of "fully harnessed".

I'm not paying for a game that consistently runs lower than 30 FPS. There's no way I can go back to last-gen performance, and 20 FPS is less than unacceptable.
Ubisoft will not get my money for a game that runs like trash. DA Inquisition it is then. I like RPGs better anyways.
I had a 360, Live was down a lot more than once.
Seems like both companies need to work on their network stability.
Even if they were, why would any dev admit to that after all the backlash other games have received for saying the same thing.

I'll make sure to do my best to avoid products with their hardware. There's no need for them to troll the console market so much.
I don't even have an xone but people should wait to play or wait for previews before denouncing it. Everything else is conjectural. ADS may make it worse or it could prove to be an evolution of the halo gameplay. No one knows yet.
I'll wait and play before jumping to conclusion and passing judgement.
I'm totally fine with a 4-5 year gen. Who knows, next gen may be both backwards and forwards compatible.
I actually like the core gameplay of the PVP better than Halo, a lot better actually. It is lacking in many other ways (modes, matchmaking speed, etc.) but the gameplay is really fun.
I hope it adds best enemy AI.
What's wrong with options. I'd love all my games on the HD without needing to put the disc in to play and before you say go digital, I want the option to sell/trade my games so a physical copy is necessary.
My PS4 connects to the internet every time I use it and just incase the net is down 24hrs (which has never happened to me without the power going out so who cares), they can provide for the game to work with the disc and no internet connection.

Copying game mechanics has been a mainstay of gaming since the invention of video games. Once a successful gameplay mechanic is made it becomes copied over and over until it becomes a genre. FPS, 2D side scrollers, RPGs, etc. all started with one game.
A plagiarized game is taking an existing game and just re-skinning it, which SoM definitely is not.
They could probably achieve an equivalent level of smoothness and clarity at 50 fps too.
