Xbox 360 Xtreme with Project Natal built in (which uses the extra 256MB) for $499.

Also for the ones who are going to be thinking about graphics, it's mainly for developers (and Natal probably) so don't soil your pants. There's no way developers would release two types of the same game for the Xbox 360.
Even with 1GB of RAM, it is no match for the cell.

It's okay, guys. We know you never played Rare's greatest hits including Battle Toads, Killer Instinct, Banjo Kazooie/Tooie, Diddy Kong Racing, Goldeneye, Perfect Dark, Donkey Kong 1/2/3.
Rare is not what it once was. The same could be said for a lot of developers.
