Honestly, I believe there's something else up with 3.21. It took me a long time to download and install the thing unlike the previous updates. I'm thinking there's some functionality behind cross game voice chat. *cross fingers*

The only franchise he created was Dead or Alive. He never created the Ninja Gaiden franchise, he just picked it up and made it 3D. Also, Yamauchi's a driver AND a developer. In his lifetime, I doubt he will create any type of other video game besides a racing one because from the countless videos I have seen, that's what he loves to do. I'm sure Itagaki's new franchise will be good, but don't ever compare him to an overly passionate, almost-OCD man like Ya...
I'm sure all 3,000 fans in Japan will love Itagaki's new game. :]
I'm glad to see the little guys won. It's usually very unlikely for smaller companies to face the behemoths of the business world and win so congrats to them.

Now, out of all those, throw out every single multiplatform game, then take into the account for all the SALES that each genre of game has acquired. I guarantee the 360's shooters will be quintuple that of the other genres.
Bots only buy shooters - look at all the RPGs that have 'flopped' on the 360. It's no wonder why so many developers are recreating their games for the PS3 because we buy variety.
