Hmmm... iPhones can be flash lights, play movies, surf web, play games, GPS, camera and firstly a phone. As long as Microsoft primary focus is on gamers(15 IPs) then I don't see a problem with it doing extra things that can only make it better.

I think it's more to do with more exclusives the worst it is for 1 party devs, we all know having exclusives is what makes you buy a specific console, but if that console has too many, then they just end up competing with themselves.
This is why I think Xbox exclusives always did well, because it was so few of them by the time it came out gamers sucked it up because it was nothing else coming out. Also, you really thought Heavy Rain trashed Alan Wake? Lets see, Heavy Rai...

Due to the supposed weaker GPU on the X1, an advance compression is needed. But I'll tell you, compressing 3GBs of data to 16MBs is very helpful.

People say such vain things, 1000 times means that you would have a 20 to 30 year console. Ps4 is roughly 8 to 10 times the power of ps3..
Depends on what they mean, the overall power or the GPU/CPU. PS4 is about 16 times faster than the PS3's CPU. The GPU is about 4.5x more powerful then the PS3 GPU..

That's interesting, the new Halo is being built with the cloud in mind. As open as Halo is , can't imagine how many AI enemies they can fit in one scene.

Most people started talking about RAM when they heard that there favorite console will have GDDR5 RAM which is only good for the GPU.
However this is NOT a game, its a room with graphics, no ai, no gameplay, no physics no scripts no big levels or entitities like weapons and enemies and items. If this was a game it would use 1 TB of RAM. (If there is such a thing) If killzone shadowfall was not a streaming based fps that has corridors and erases resources that you live behin...
