That was actually suppose to be good news. Achieving 1080p @60fps( with some frame drops) is pretty good, and without that new SDK Update. It shows that there is a little head room and not what other ppl claim.
Problem is it seems to take a lot of time/resources to work around the 32MBs , this Is probably how they achieved this. Xbox partner development lead Frank Savage: “ESRAM is dedicated RAM, it’s 32 megabytes, it sits right next to the GPU, in fact it’s on the other side...
I like this twinfinite girl, but her videos can be too long with random ramblings (that's not cute)on the side.. She must crave attention..
Apparently it seems to be Gohan, who has piccolo's cape from a Alternate universe and time line. What's more it seems he has achieved "god" status. ( due to the red hair)Oddly enough, it doesn't seem like he can read power levels, due to his scouter.
Perhaps in that universe, Bulma is his mother?
Hahahahahahaha
It's said that the CPU can't see the eSRAM now is it enabled. That's why it sits next to the GPU. Unless you mean regular memory paths?
Xbox partner development lead Frank Savage: “ESRAM is dedicated RAM, it’s 32 megabytes, it sits right next to the GPU, in fact it’s on the other side of the GPU from the buses that talk to the rest of the system, so the GPU is the only thing that can see this memory.
And what it does is that it gives you very very high bandwidth ou...
I understand where he is coming from, if you were a Microsoft fan. From 2001 to 2011 Bungie fans (and I say bungie fans because not all of bungie fans are Microsoft fans) have help make this company what it is today. Each Halo sold over@ the lowest 5 mil units, even so Microsoft may have made more money then bungie did from this..
But it's not Bungie the one that's doing the "turning it's back". Sony wants Destiny to sell better on there platform. So the...
Ha, I thought of the same thing when I read the title." Look, we showed you the games. All we need is your support, you're gamers aren't you?!"
Yet I don't see an article where Battlefield hardlines beta was 900p @30fps for PS4 when they said at e3, you can play battle field beta @1080p 60fps on ps4 in all it's glory.
How can one say, look this one game is rumored to not be pushing 1080p and makes the front page. But he looks at the other and see it's faults but turns a blind eye because of the "history" it has..

A lot of ppl seem to miss understand what's been said,Low-level access to the GPU really makes you understand why using DirectX is slow and why it is really just in your way. cgyrling
Which is probably true, assuming he is talking about DX11.2. It's very possible that they have not worked on DX12.
It also means Sony devs have a better low level access then Microsoft devs. DX11.2 is not a low level API, DX12 is. It just means Sony devs are ahead for now and it ...
So crytek is Microsoft now? Title says, Crytek Shares...
Because some "gamers" always talk about the competitors console as being trash, but always want it's games on their platform..
This is the reason why Ryse could've been better then what it was and it was already good looking
"Ultimately this resulted into bandwidth gains and they were able to use just a single compute shader for culling and lighting, which is simply phenomenal. “In practice this made for the biggest bandwidth save we could have hoped for, as just reading the Gbuffer once and writing shading results once at the end for each pixel. Only a single compute shader was used in Ryse...

This game is open world and looks good
Last gen was suppose to be 720p, but half the games played at 600p, 540p. So it's not surprising that games now don't reach 1080p. Wasn't the PS3 suppose to play 2 1080p images at one time which was $600?
Yeah, just like killzone: shadow fall. That didn't stop it from looking like a great game? This is pretty good for a open world, how many enemies will be on the screen at one time?
Good for Nintendo..
Not only that but the cloud is perfect for open world games and mmos. I heard a while back that 343i would be using this. It makes since for an open world game.
It's hard for devs because it seems it's only one way to do it, there is no way around it. But it seems a lot of devs misunderstand how it works..

It's already hard enough playing a first person shooter @30fps, developers should always target racing games 60fps from the start. They seem to add all the affects and lighting and then try to get to 60fps? 30fps vs 60fps is like standard definition to HD. Can ppl imagine call of duty playing @30fps, a lot of ppl still play it because of the tight gun play and that 60fps. Frame rate can make or break a game.
Lol, is this rumor true? "Hopeful".
