They should start by fixing the game.
It's weird, I also have the PS4 version but I seem to have much more frame-drops, when I'm in a chopper launching missiles it slows-down so much that it makes the game look it's in slow motion, I didn't see anything as terrible on this video as I'm almost always experiencing, maybe it's due the fact I'm playing logged in?... Or maybe because my Hard-drive is almost full?... I really must test everything better.
I think this is the way it should be, I have all stars and they were not easy to get, stuff like the Venom Hot Lap is special, if everyone could get it it wouldn't be special.
If you train enough you'll get good enough to get all the stars, so just keep training and getting better and better.
I wonder if the devs could now patch the PS4 version to use the extra power that the unlock of the seventh core could provide, maybe pass the audio processing to that core and use the rest to improve the frame-rate. Since the frame-drops are due to not enough CPU power on both consoles it seems a possible scenario.
It is confirmed X1 runs at 900P and PS4 at 1080P, altough on this video the PS4 version looks even better than the PC footage, I wonder if something went wrong when the footage was captured giving more compression to the PC and X1 footage.
Why the disagree? I stated only facts, just look at the video. I'm not saying the PC version is worst, I'm saying the VIDEO footage of it is, big difference.

Just posting my opinion, have nothing against the controller or who buys them, just don't understand the need to do it by so many people who will probably never use them for what they were built to, pro-gamers mostly.
People who buy SCUFF controllers aren't the same people buying this "Elite" controller, if that was the case there would be lots of stock yet. I just find it odd that so many Xbox One gamers are feeling the need to buy this "better" controller so much. I'd buy a slime console though, Ghost Busters themed.
Of course I can see this is an option, if you feel the need to buy it just do it, what I don't see is why are so many "normal" gamers spending so much money on this when the normal controller performs almost as well, people are buying it just "because" it seems.
They are not selling it for the price it costs to make..

This seems to be easily fixed with a patch and it doesn't look like it's a power constrain but bad optimization, Just Cause 2 looked amazing on the PS3 and it run like butter, avalanche will fix it for sure.
It looks as good in 30fps, maybe not so smooth.
I'm old school, I avoid watching trailers from games I already know I'm gonna buy no matter what.

Who cares for gunplay when you have unlimited C4 :) Just Cause is about jumping to a bike to jump to a car to jump to a truck to jump from a bridge to jump into a plane to jump to a train to jump to a boat while leaving behind you a ball of fire and destruction. Game isn't supposed to have launched yet, so did you stopped to think that maybe, just maybe the servers aren't all running yet?
It would be great if it run at a decent framerate and I could restart the missions in less than 3min of loading, the cars also handle terrible, just cause 2 is a better game.
