I had no idea of how "powerful" pokemon games were in Japan, I had an idea, but never thought that it sells better then the typycal BIG franchises known worldwide, now my question is:
Are the Pokemon games THAT good so the sales are deserved? Or is it that the Pokemon franchise is just sooo huge that it sells to millions of fans?
I just hope GAME don't mess this "exclusive" as they did with SC IV steel cases....
I can't understand why don't tecmo releases a new (or even a port of the DOA4) to PS3....

I believe that Heavenly Sword was heavily penalized for being short... or Uncharted 1 ... what about Timeshift?... ... but Halo is special apparently... 1 Hours of Halo SP...
Upscale and the differences you mentioned are not compatible, to much hype may end killing this game and make ppl lose their logic.
The game will upscale only when the TV don't support 720p but only 1080i/p I believe, in recent 1080p sets it will display at 720p /which looks better than 1080p upscaled).
Sci-fi, war, shooting, guns, generals, troops, lack of respect for others (in this case aliens), Microsoft Hype-machine, media support from pro-American made products, do I really need to continue explaining why is Master Chief so popular?

we're living in fantastic times to be gamers.
If X360 becomes any cheaper I imagine many ppl will buy one just to pirate it and play copied games, it will become so cheap that ppl won't stop "respecting it". I don't know if another price cut will be a big help to Microsoft, what they need is also a new system (slim X360) that can last more than 2 months without giving some kind of hardware problems. And more exclusives, Halos and Forzas can't last forever, and ppl are getting tired of the same thing over and over again....
Shadow textures??? SHADOW TEXTURES???!!!! Freaking shadows ARE shadows, they DON'T have textures for god sake!!
In Portugal if you warranty is expired they give you the "opportunity" to get a REFURBISHED PS3 for "only" 230 Euros, it will have a "new" 2 years warranty (to US gamers: in EU almost everything has a two years warranty).
In Portugal it isn't "Sony" per-se dealing with the warranty's of it's products, it's a spanish company called "stock-Uno", and they are very very bad. People even have to PAY €10 for transport (be the PS3 in war...

I'm a professional photographer, I work with photoshop 10h day. The box-art is probably original, and the game may come in a steel case, but that particular image is a montage from some OTHER steel case with the Uncharted 2 labels, I didn't said it was photoshoped just for "fun", the image IS photoshoped, and very badly, so bad that I doubt it came from Sony or Naughty Dog.
The image isn't from an actual package, it was photoshoped, it's very easy to notice that, just click on the image on the site and see the labels and image sharpness differences.
Maybe the final product isn't like that, so don't get that box for granted, it might be bogus.
Someone put those guys out of their misery.
