Yes, I agree and I enjoyed reading the more technical answers, they make perfect sense to me. To those who had to "ROFLMAO" and insult, well, I said it was questionable, not impossible, I think it's quite a valid assumption, PS3 still produces alot of heat and it has a huge fan, the form factor is like 2.5 times the size of that Wii U box, so 50% more power on a much smaller case may still be hard to control, if it was THAT simple Sony and Microsoft would've already announce...
Considering how small that box is and the amount of heat a 50% more powerful PS3 would produce... I would say it is very questionable.

I'm pretty sure PS3 outputs uncompressed 7.1 sound signal, maybe not with 3D movies, but on games and normal bluray movies yes, or I don't think audiophiles would praise PS3 so much for it's audio quality output.
Me neither, I have a Sony 5.1 1000W surround sound system, but to play at night it's useless, so I bought a Creative headphones with DD decoder wish presumably produces "real" surround sound, they sound great no doubt, but using them with a headset is impossible, so these might be the best of both worlds, I'm still confused on how a USB dongle will be able to send 7.1 quality sound to the headphones, and work at the same time as an headset, something is missing in this pictu...

I'm just curious what kind of technology it uses, 7.1 surround sound is no simple thing for headphones, I hope it's not just there for marketing purposes like most of these surround sound headphones...

Mine to, but I did it much after 3h since the service went down, I did it the next day and it worked, they probably increased the time frame to do it because the servers were getting overloaded with requests.

I love gaming and the gaming industry, but gamers just need to stop acting as if they must protect everything related to it. 3DS HAS to many people who bought it caused these problem, I played it at a retailer for 5 minutes and I felt really bad afterwards, I felt like I was on a boat for hours! And I game since I was 6 (I'm 30 now).
Gamers must come out of their podium and be more neutral, defending the gaming industry like brain dead peop...
