No it doesn't, any FPS dev will consider picking up an EX-billion dollar game employee.

Seeing 10 minutes out of a sp game will not ruin it; it will assure you if you should/shoulnt get it. The game will have 10+ hours easily of SP.
DVD9 size is being overlooked at because of blu-ray.
DVD9 is tons of space for a video game, just some compression and your good. (Unless you need to compress a 40gb multiplat game)
A PC/Xbox exclusive DVD9 doesnt matter one bit; because the size is being managed properly from the start of development. Where a PS3 multiply then being ported to 360 wasnt designed around dvd9 thus some areas may suffer.
And to be honest looking at that video; that game is top 3 b...
You cannot upgrade a console, thus as technology advances game companies will try to get more eye candy at the cost of resolution. This is common in the console industry, and will not change if the foreseeable future.
PS4 will never be leading visually, neither will the next xbox; because when they come out they hardware in the design will already be outdated.
We'll be lucky if its 1080P at all, unless sony/ms make 1080P a Mandelbrot requirement.
As long as they have a decent GPU (newish) and atleast a dual core.
Maybe on the PS4 we'll get true 720P and maybe a game or two with 1080P?
Sorry, consoles will never be leading visually; a good looking game has to have high resolution so you can actually enjoy more of what your seeing clearly. If you buy consoles for graphics; you should go pickup a PC.
Thats my only beef with consoles, it how low resolution they are. It feels like going from Crysis PC to a 8-Bit Mario game at times.
If you buy this on either console they will look equally as bad compared to the PC.
The differences between the xbox/ps3 will be so tiny compared to the PC version that will literally destroy the consoles in every front.
If you buy this game for graphics, i'll be very disappointed in console fanboys trying to get their fix when it'll just be a watered down version of the PC visually. But the consoles will most likely waterdown the gameplay on all platforms.

Consoles have been effecting the quality of pc games for years. This isnt anything new.

No one owns DX11 HW (very very very few) developers wont develop it if money cant be made. We all own DX9 hardware and intill we step up DX1 will not be picked up readily.
Economy isnt doing well and business dont take risks like that.
