High detail (SC2 does have this, i should know I have the beta on Extreme. Detail is made by a few factors. SC2's detail isnt in physical geometry but more in higher fidelity textures, and organic look. Your argument is stupid though because Blizzard has never been about pushing graphics, its been about letting anyone with a computer play them.

RTS only belongs on PC, high detail; resolution and advanced controls.
I'd be upset if RTS shifted to platforms where its a step back.
This is one game you need to play on the hardest the first time though; it'll tack on some more hours as you'll take a slower pace though the game.
I'm a huge horror game fan; and this will top all the crap we've been getting since Silent Hill 3.

I'm buying it for the (15 dollar free DLC) and to support the company.
I'm kind of seeing the same; unless the game pulls off a 9.5-10 and they fix the current state of multilayer; bungie will be lucky to get me to rent it.
And I am a big Halo fan, but Reach we'll need to wait to see i guess; since it is a beta and bungie really does plan on fixing alot of the crap people are breaking.

Try to hunt down some of the ridiculous replays with people using it (the nasty exploited replays, there their somewhere). Armor Lock is flawed; it destroys the game play of halo and flow of the action. We loved H1,2,3 and alot of people arnt too sure of Halo Reach because of crap like this. Every horror game gets ruing when im using kb/mouse on a 24" Screen. It takes away the depth and I dont get sucked into it as well.
I have dead space for PC/XBOX and the XBOX scared the crap out of me at times, where the PC did not. Consoles are kings of thriller/horror games. This is one case where simple controls are a positive. A massive screen 50"+ is just another plus.
