Sony has said they will make the entire PS4 catalog backwards compatible.
One assumes that both disk versions AND your PS4 library on Playstation Network, will work.
Rumors are that they are finally working on building their own emulators for PS1, 2 and 3 to work on the PS5 and beyond. I think this makes sense and is a good business move. Volunteers can do it online for free now, Sony tossing a few million at a couple dozen software engineers for a ...
It was a very mediocre launch title. I remember buying it at launch on the Xbox 360 and being ... not impressed. I never replayed it. I recall the controversy around how bad the graphics were too. Some of it was ok, but most of it was definitely not next gen, especially compared to what came out later.
I didn't even really care for the original game either. Goldeneye was amazing though at the time.
They could salvage the IP, but they need a compl...
Didn't know that was an issue. Cultural Appropriation is idiotic anyways.
I couldn't care about any of those games on the list, except maybe Perfect Dark and Tomb Raider 4. Fable never reached its potential.
Get rid of the rating system. All you do is invite a popularity contest on all threads. It pointless and irrelevant.
It would be for sure. They wont get away with double dipping anymore.
I found it clunky to start, probably due to the lack of "lock on", but its an excellent game and I am really enjoying it.
They must be using locked frame rates. If they were variable, the PS5 would be about 90-100 vs 120 for the Xbox, at least that is how it would be based on what we know about the system performance specifications.
I think this is partly true, I rarely play them anymore (I am 43) and I used to play them ALL THE TIME. These days I would rather puke. However, I think I am in a tiny minority.
No, MS wouldn't make any money off of it as Nintendo would get their 30% cut first.
I can not get the Parrying down in Sekiro at all, making it... crap for me. Even though I am sure it would be awesome if I could, and I have finished all the previous Dark Souls games.
Ghosts is good, once you figure it out, it just smoothly flows. Maybe I will give Sekiro another chance in the future, but for now... I r sux at it.
50-60 hours if you "do everything" actually.
I think Xbox is a useless console but I agree with you lol.
Stupid people win again!!!!!!!!!!!!
Indies don't get near the systems potential, which makes sense. Small Developer houses. I am not sure why this is even news, but I guess a bunch of us were dumb enough to comment on this article.
Many people are stupid, like the 2 down voters you have.
Price increase is understandable..
This is one area Microsoft has excelled at, but I wouldn't count Sony out. They will be forced to respond and will come out with a great solution over time.
I have owned the HD555's for about 10-12 years.
lol thats my problem too. I own everything I really want, and the few titles I don't own are games I am not sure about or know that I don't have the time to play. I am married, with 2 kids... just trying to find time to play Ghosts of Tsushima is problematic. I work "from home" currently, so I generally just play during work hours or late at night.
However, I am currently banking time so I can play the new stuff this fall. Happy Wife, Happy Life. ;)
