“General system stability improvements to enhance the user’s experience.”
R.I.R Patrick.
I still longed for the day for Square to bring back Parasite Eve.
Surely you've heard of Final Fantasy...
If the Decima engine can do Death Stranding on PS Pro and look as stellar as it does (along with God of War, The Last of Us 2, Detriot and Horizon), I can only imagine what it will be capable of with PS5 and ray tracing.
The Last of Us, Metal Gear Solid, Metal Gear Solid 4, the recent God of War, Lunar Silver Star, Lunar Eternal Blue, Shadow Hearts Covenant, Heavy Rain, Chrono Trigger, A Plague Tale: Innocence, Final Fantasy X, Suikoden 2..etc
Tetris Effect and Teris 99 says hi. Both did extremely well and are very well received.
Other than remade, I would love to see classic such as Chrono Trigger, Chrono Cross, Xenogears, Xenosaga, Shadow Hearts, Wild Arms, Persona, Valkyrie Profile, Suikoden, The Legend of Dragoon, Skies of Arcadia, Lunar Silver Star, Lunar Eternal Blue, Breath of Fire, Grandia, Golden Sun, Dragon Quest, Vagrant Story, Parasite Eve, Star Ocean...etc make a return.
Many of these haven't been seen since the Psone/PS2 era....
It does achieve a smooth 60fps minimum. As shown in the benchmarks here.

Great reaction from the crowd. I always loved how passionate and enthusiastic the Japanese audiences are.
Still waiting for Capcom to release Deep Down. They announced that game back in February 20, 2013 at the PlayStation Meeting.
- Fixed an issue where players wouldn’t be able to save, fast travel, or pause after triggering the cinematic to “I’ve Had
Better Days”
- Fixed the issue that prevented players from completing ”Afraid of a Little Competition?”. Players may need to move as far back to where the Bounty Collector Merchant resides and return to the mission objective to trigger the cinematic
- Fixed an issue where players were unable to complete “Searching For Lisa”. ...
In my opinion the last great traditional Final Fantasy game was FFX. The series kind of went downhill after. Subsequent titles just doesn't feel the same anymore.
The visuals looks nice for the Remake, I’m not too keen on the combat though which looks almost identical to FF 15 which I’m not really fond off. The game being episodic doesn't help either.
Call me old school but I actually still prefer the classic turn based combat system when it come...
Some of my favorites standouts were Chrono Trigger, Chrono Cross, Xenogears, Xenosaga, Shadow Hearts, Wild Arms, Persona, Valkyrie Profile, Suikoden, The Legend of Dragoon, Skies of Arcadia, Lunar, Breath of Fire, Grandia, Golden Sun, Dragon Quest, & Final Fantasy ( When it was still made by Squaresoft ) the list goes on.
Still prefer the PS2 classic theme.
Persona 5, Undertale, Ni No Kuni 2, Tales of Vesperia: Definitive Edition, Tales of Berseria, Final Fantasy X|X-2 HD Remaster, Horizon: Zero Dawn, Dragon Quest XI: Echoes of an Elusive Age, NieR: Automata.
While not the best, it was the last great traditional Final Fantasy game released. In my opinion the series kind of went downhill after. Later titles released after FFX just doesn't feel the same anymore.
Still content with my 1080 Ti. Unlikely to upgrade at least for another two generations.
Sony did a smart thing. They played their hands without revealing too much about the exact specification. It's going to tempt Microsoft to hype and show their cards at this year's E3.
Since Sony is entirely skipping the conference this year. They can use this to their advantage seeing what Microsoft will do in regards to the upcoming Xbox.
Sony will have a full year, at least until E3 2020 to adjust the PS5's final specification such as clock ...
R.I.P...
