That if developers are willing to take the risk and tries a new IP, the results can really payoff. As the testament of TLOU sales & reception, furthers solidifies that the game industry is far from a dying breed despite what same critics may say.
If it makes you feel any better, I have yet to get a single platinum trophy on any games I played. -_-

It feels like the ps2 era all over again.
It's wishful thinking for Sony to roll all of these feature in one single update, but I really do hope future updates comes with or enables these features
Ability to play MP3 formats, customization themes & background pictures, external hard drive support, youtube app, Pause/Resume, DLNA Media Server, friends notification when they're signed online & when the last time they've signed on, folder sorting option, support plus 3D Blu-Ray and regular DVD Upscaling.

Personally I enjoyed Remember Me very much. The style and music are particularly standouts. Sure it doesn't offer anything original or innovative, but I commend the developers for trying something different instead of the tried and trend usual of typical sexy female leads.
My heart kind of sank when I found out this was just going to be for ios.
This series deserves a much better platform to be experienced on preferably PS4 or Vita. :/
Personally I love the new Dual Shock 4. With the exception of battery life, there's really nothing else I could fault it.

You accuse AMD of rebadging their cards, yet you must've of forgotten how much rebadging and milking NVIDIA did with the 8800gtx, 9800gtx, 9800gtx+, 250GTS.
Always playing catch up? Were you around when it was AMD that introduce the first 64bit processor to the desktop market? Have you forgotten there was a time when they dominated the desktop performance era with the Althon 64bit?
They were the first to release the 5000 series and NVIDIA quickly rushed...

Maybe, but the point is, TLOU game tells the story in a way that is much more emotional and convincing manner that very few games and dare I say movies, tend to match, especially with this apocalyptic genre.
When they said masterpiece, they were basing it not on originality, but the way it's conveyed.

I can imagine the speaker element from the control would add very effective subtle fright & immersions if done right in a survival horror game.
