Can you elaborate on their nitpick issues? I know that most nitpicks I hear are from changes FROM old SOCOMS TO this new SOCOM that makes it more like other shooters.

Let's be honest. Playstation Rewards stunk. I got a little shock though, I thought that it was referring to SOCOM beta, as I had just played it for the first time when this message popped up. Rewards can go; SOCOM can stay.

I just hate it when people say "what's the point?" Yea, there might be better, more efficient ways do do it, but then you're completely missing the point. It took me forever to port linux kexts to mac so that I could triple boot my Sony laptop. Not everything is working, some things that ARE working aren't working that well, but that's not why I did it.
Relax guys, it's called proof of concept. Sometimes you do these things just to see if it can be done. Sometimes you do it to exercise your own skill. Sometimes you do it for the e-peen. Either way, THIS type of hacking, at least, doesn't hurt anyone.
My girlfriend got me the COD:MW2 bundle for xbox, right before the new model came out, and it's LOUD. But so is my PS3 sometimes. Good thing I have a loud amplifier.
Perhaps people see the benefit of not using their expensive blu ray diode when not necessary, esp when a hdd is much more easily replaced.

I agree, I wouldn't be the least surprised if the vast majority of people that know about installing to hdd use it exclusively, esp if they have a large hdd. I don't put any media on either my xbox, nor my ps3. That's what my htib is for.
