Crysis get killzoned everytime. On PC they may be better engines, but on Consoles GOW, Killzone, and Uncharted are undisputed graphics kings.
Any review that complains about difficulty gets disregarded by me.

they only patented the method. other company's can still use it, but they can't do it the same way. Kinda like MS's patent on in game music.

I wont care as long as any account on a system can use the game. I.E. user 1 buys and plays the game, user2, 3, 4 and can still play the game with no charge.
Cell is a beast. I know devs didnt like it and it was (supposedly) hard to develop for. But sony santa monica, naughty dog, and kojima, makes me feel that they were just being whiny. New is hard sometimes i know. But some studios have proved that great games can be made on the platform.

i would hope so. SE needs to get back their roots and what made them great. Westernization should be gone from their vocab.
Also it looks like Namco (ni no kuni, tales series) has also abandoned the 360. Jrps just dont sell on the 360, blame the people who dont buy the games.
I hope they launch a FF space in Home when the PS4 launches (assuming home is still gonna be around).
But 12 was open world. FF13 and westernization is where it all went wrong. FF10 is GTA compared to 13.
To be fair GZ trailer was supposed to have been running on specs similar to the ps3.
it does download in the background while playing, just not when you are playing online.
techinicaly all trophies can be had offline. But some off the golds are really hard to do offline. like beating madoras. (i'm not including hacks in the discussion)
Difference being ps4 doesnt need an internet connection. It has an offline mode
