After spending 500+ hours (no joke) on Oblivion, Fallot 3 and NV will always come second to me. Although I much prefer the EXP system to the Skill up system, Fallout just gets boring for some reason.
Oblivion had cities and settlements everywhere, where Fallout 3 has 1 or 2 major cities and everywhere else was just a few shacks.
Fallout 3 has Megaton and Rivet City, thats really it.

I hate the strip because of how it's instanced. I have to go through 30 doors to get anywhere, too many loading screens, the strip should have been 1 long road, all open. I hate the strip, everywhere else in the game is fine.

Well put, If people would acually read the review, you would see that the score is spot on.
I plan on eventually getting the game, but as IGN said, the gameplay does become repetitive. And you have no control over the grand scheme of things. If you falsely accuse somebody, the end will be the same nomatter how you intterogate them.
