I think the biggest shocker is that only 25-35 million people opted for live gold.
Considering the one is online only, the most ms can ever hope to sell next gen is 30 million and that's being very generous.
So they purposly ripped off their most harcore early adoptders?
I guess it makes sense, they are the only ones stupid enough...
XBO preorders are selling at snails pace on amazon so Idk..
Proof? or are you Microsoft Damage Control reporting in?
I don't blame gamestop, its a customer service nightmare, everybody who buys it at gamestop will come back bitching at gamestop, not MS. I work in retail, and when we sell a DVD that doesnt work, the customer doesnt contact Fox, they come back to us bitching, like we pressed the DVD and packaged it.
MS is trying to pass the blame for all this on everybody else, and notice how the publishers are slightly distancing themselves from MS on this.
MS and MS al...
@miDnIghtEr20C_SfF
What choice do they have? It's the lesser of two evils. Microsoft whants to rape consumers at EVERY CORNER.
The only negative Sony had for us was paying for online, and it's obviously not a big deal for everybody because they vehemently defended Xbox live and the service offered Jack shit for the money. Atleast Plus was well worth the cash before tacking on online play.
first of all, PS4 launch edition is Sold out.
Second, Well PS4 standard is in Second place.
And where is Xbone Standard? number 41.
The limited edition isnt even sold out yet, and nobody is buying standard..
and how many pages back is XBONE STANDARD? AH HAHAHA.
number 41...
Ps4 also offered its entire library
Digitally . try again ms fanboys.
Lmao and here we all thought gold had 48 million...
Without an offline mode xbone. Is finished.
That's because Sony already showed a boat load of games in February.
Microsoft showed TV at there reveal.
Such dumbasses nowadays...
Dear Cliffy B,
Thats cool that you are really greedy and just cannot get enough cash to keep your hair dyed red. I wish you the best of luck with the Xbone, and it's anti-consumer policies.
I will be joining the rest of the "sane" gamers who will be buying a PS4 and praying that the Xbone sells so abysmally, that sprouting the letters DRM in that order would get you fired soo fast from your development job.
And the day that happ...
were did Microsoft say they had dedicated servers for every game.
Proof please? Or did you make that up?
Giga you need to learn to read. It clearly says the money gained from converting ms points will expire 1 year after the conversion date.
Any money added after will not expire.
Intentions you are a pathetic troll. This is nothing like Microsofts policy.
Ummm no. The PS4 is going to only cost me $399 + $60 game = $460.
I don't want the camera, its not required for anything, and I don't need a second controller on day one.
I already have PS+ and it carries over.
$460 sounds damn good for me, my launch PS3 cost $707 after tax and warrantee.
Did MS even mention is games can be streamed while downloading?
It would be really pointless to goto your buddys house, log into your live account on his xbox, decide you wan't to play Madden 25, then have to sit there and download 30GBs of data before you can install and play.
MS Fanboys don't even know their own policies.
Loveofthegame, you cannot loan your games to your friends. If they install it, it removes it from your account, and adds it to his. Current policy dictates that a game can only be traded once. That counts as a trade.
I cannot wait to hear about all the backlash from Xbox owners who didnt know about all this, so many friends games are going to be "stuck" on their buddies xboxs.
How delusional can you be?
There are MAJOR differences between Sony and Microsofts policies.
With sony, you can sell your game to anybody you want. With Microsoft you can only sell to your buddy if he has been on your freinds list for 30 days (1 time only he can't resell it or give it back) or a "MICROSOFT APPROVED RETAIL OUTLET". No craigslist, no ebay.
With Sony you can rent games. Sofar, you cannot rent games on XB 1 at al...
Pretty much. Where has greenpowerz been to defend this insanity?
