God Hudson Soft brought out some dire games for the 360 early on. Bomberman Act Zero being the worst of the bunch.
As much flak as the series gets I was thoroughly annoyed when Shepard betrays Roach and Ghost in Modern Warfare 2. When Price is screaming in over comms as you lay in a pit with Ghost as they pour gasoline over you. Damn I was angry.

I'd probably call it more of an arcade racer over a sim. Games like Project CARS, Assetto Corsa and Gran Turismo are sim, Forza as well but less so.
My bet is Forza Horizon 2 - 2014. A reboot just called Project Gotham Racing - 2015. The restart of the series being due to a new developer/era.
