This isn't exactly news. It's making something out of nothing.

Something smells fishy about this. It could be an elaborate hoax. The site is made on the blogger platform plus the press release is rather unprofessional, by that I mean sounds like it was written by a fanboy. I'm leaning towards a hoax here.

Yep, I think that there will be a Nintendo Direct.

The article did not quote Ubisoft. It was just a hearsay statement:

"Ubisoft confirmed to Polygon (with no further details provided) that the game is still coming to Nintendo’s console, while Reuters reports that the coveted but delayed title is still slated for the first quarter of the 2014-2015 fiscal year, which starts on April 1st."

And guess what? I was right.
