I don't see the logic. They failed momentously this year, but succeeded emphatically last year. If anything, we should demand them to be more consistent at E3.

I'm just going to downvote the website, because this is just clickbait garbage.

Vita had a one year head start and yet the Wii U has almost caught up! At least educate yourself before making a comment, because you just look plain silly now.

A Poor and unconvincing argument

The Wii U launch was quite simple. Nintendo was struggling to support two console. At least, Nintendo provided games and hasn't given up; Super Mario 3D World, Bayonetta 2, Super Smash Bros and a whole ton more for both the Wii U and 3DS.

If you are going to use development teams argument at least do some research. Nintendo output is far greater than Sony's. Look at the number of games that Nintendo released last year vs the number of games...

Nintenso isn't doing as bad as sony. Billion dollar losses and completely abandoning the vita fanbase - Sony should be ashamed of themselves.

"The Amiibo craze will die out as soon as Hasbro puts out Transformers 8 (or whatever they’re at now)."

The author went full retard. Oh yeah, a product in a completely different market will kill a product from a non-completing market. SMH. You might as well say barbies will stop people buying Skylanders.

The author says that Nintendo can capitalize on the Mobile market by releasing Mario or Pokemon on mobile. Then he goes on to continue on to say the...

Wow, this is a poor quality article. What is the overarching point? Where is the point of discussion? It's a couple of sentences incoherently put together.

I read the whole thing, and yeah... to many assumptions. The author looks at currents and claims "this outcome" will definitely happen in the future, and therefore nintendo should go third party.

Basically, fear mongering with good intentions.

According to the researcher - most fans are inclined to vote for their first zelda game. Since ALttp was released so long ago - it is understandable that it has lost some of its shine.

How is this different from Nintendo 15 years ago? I bought a Nintendo 64 after watching a commercial of similar fashion. God forbid Nintendo catering to one audience - terribly narrow minded

Summer droughts are normal, as companies like to release their games for the holiday season.

Besides, the japanese market has taken a hit due to the tax hike. Nintendo and Sony (japanese companies in general) should reconsider revising their software and hardware pricing, if it is financially plausible of course.

Minecraft and Mario Maker are perfect games to make the gamepad appealing. The former needs a special edition (nintnedo specific features) for it to be a game changer
