theres also stuff like... pricerunner.co.uk which you can find some bargins on, i wont recommend any brands/labels thats personnal choice but the best advice i can give is not to rush in and make sure you read lots of reviews (im sure you will anyway).
go mug some grannies and get yourself a decent pc. obviously thats quite alot of skint grannies though, oh well, the government will look after them!

i work till half 5 then i down tools, if they want me to work over its time-&-half! why should they be any different, you get paid to do a job, if the job is going to take longer then you deserve more money, simple as that. the better the game the bigger the profit and its about time companies passed this on to their loyal employees.

edit: infact ive played them all! just because of the graphics and interative environments. its just button bash heaven although i use to be able to beat people by just using reversals, ahh the old back + X, stupidly easy.

mean big things for sony this xmas, with great games like UT3, uncharted and R&C coming in the same month im sure these consoles will fly off the shelf especailly with the lack-luster halo.
and before the fanboys jump on my halo comment can you actually really say that halo meet all your expectations? or the hype?
consoles need more dedicated servers simple as that.

not halo. halos a great game dont get me wrong, but the hype, man they would have you believe this was it, the second coming, when in reality its just another console FPS with a few nice touches like a map editor, which will be fun... for a week or 2.
problem is everyone expected to much from this game and rightly so, its the xbox's number 1 title, but for me, its close, but no cigar!
the ps3 has done mighty well in europe.
also, not trying to offend anyone, but i find EU consumers to have better understanding of tech and what they want. i tend to find (IMO) that americans will try and stick with american companies, eg, M$. where as japanese and asians will tend to stick with there home grown companys, sony. EU being in the middle and lacking any major developer such as sony and M$ they are unbiased in there purchases. and i, again IMO see blu-ray as the sup...
