in all honesty who's gonna pick this up for ps3 when ot comes out? ok so your stood in the store and you got lost planet and next to it MGS, uncharted, R&C, ut3, haze etc etc who the hell would pay £40 for it?
im really hoping something special comes from this. i want them to produce a game that te die hard SF fans will be proud of.
ive been a huge fan of Capcom for years, but of late they dont seem to be hitting the same standards they used to, like many developers now, its purely all about the mighty $$$, i hope they're not using SF as a guarantee for the quick buck but really wanna put SF back to the top of fighting games where it was for so many years.
come on now, if the original ran on the SNES no worries im sure some fancy new HD graphics aint gonna cause the ps3/360 and problems. fingers crossed.

ok lets talk about the game...
its street fighter 2 in HD, that pretty much sums it up.
only thing i noticed is the special bars, maybe im wrong but i cant remember having them in the original SF2.
simply because the d-pad on the 360 is wank.
when i think of the newer SF's its always on the playstation pad, thats where i learnt my trade and thats where i wanna keep it.
they need to satart adding cross platform play to games like this.
... its win win, lower price, sooner release.
theres no multiplayer to worry about and its region free.
killzone gets bashed time and time again for poor AI even when its still in pre-pre-alpha build and the 'player' has god mode activated.
now that someone mentions Halo's AI, its suddenly his fault for playing it on normal?

either way, i think we all know halo is a great game, and we've also had enough reviews for it.
... dude you crack me up. all you ever seem to want is gore GORE GORE!!! while i agree, i wouldnt want it to go over the top like MK or anything.
personally id like to see a few more combos thrown in there, i love players like Geese from SNK, his move are so difficult yet so rewarding.
not sure about the M rating, thats unfar on up and coming SF fans, imagine if SF2 was 'M', i probably wouldnt of been able to play it at such a young age, then i wouldnt be the SF ...

the hype for this is gonna be massive, hopefully capcom really pull their fingers out and give the real SF fans a game to be proud of!

capcom Vs SNK 2 is a great game, you could probably get a copy off ebay for a few $$$.

its understandable, to release something on the US store it only has to support one language, where as EU downloads have to support around 40 languages, thats alot of work.
ill be doing this as soon as i get home. gives me another reason to play hrough HL2 again :)

while the Unreal engine is a great piece of software. i think it lacks alot of physics and to be honest ive had enough of playing as some 25 stone beefcake bloke. one reason why Bioshock impressed me so much, not the game itself but what they achieved with that engine.
obviously tho, Unreals engine will always reign supreme as it easily suppots multiple platforms, where the cry engine is currently centred around the pc.

HDTV = £1000
that seems a little more expence then first appears huh. now i guess its ok if mummy bought the xbox and you use her HDTV but thats not the case for all of us.
..who will start using the cry engine, and rightly so.
as much as i love the DMC series, im not quite so keane on some of the enermies, fighting floating ice men for 20 minutes then floating fire men kinda gets old.
is it to much to ask for enermies to have LEGS..??
