While its a nice idea, i dont fancy leaving my PC on 24 hours a day just in case i fancy watching an episode of South Park at work.
i see alot of you talking about picture quality or contrast ratio's compared to LCD/Plasms, but the simple matter is, DLP TV's are ugly hugh black boxes, having a top spec LCD/Plasma screen is like a "fashion" statement, thy're just cooler.

Go watch the gameplay demo of the first level, its about 15 minutes long. Watch it in HD and you'll see its much better than FEAR.
This game will look Stunning on a good PC, but i expect the console versions to be its slightly uglier/slower cousin, just like the previous FEAR title.
